Well it’s for real and is part of a plan to attract more tourists to the Chongqing municipality. Sounds interesting to me. Imagine this idea stretched to a situation where women run the affairs of a town or local governments in Nigeria. We will definitely see changes, lots of changes. For example there will be less corruption and violence and more productivity and prosperity.
